Be Well Retreat

At the start of a new year it's tempting to make resolutions to live better, to be better in our personal lives and in our businesses; however, most resolutions fail within the first month. In the spirit of growth and success, REAP and Human Touch Events have created the Be Well Retreat - to help leaders like you begin 2018 as you mean to go on: with intention, with power, and with ease.

At the start of a new year it's tempting to make resolutions to live better, to be better in our personal lives and in our businesses; however, most resolutions fail within the first month. In the spirit of growth and success, REAP and Human Touch Events have created the Be Well Retreat - to help leaders like you begin 2018 as you mean to go on:

with INTENTION

with POWER, and

with EASE.

When running a local, purpose-driven business, personal sustainability is critical to success. You can only build a prosperous business that creates positive impact if you yourself are flourishing. The Be Well Retreat will provide you with inspiration and tools to bring the best of yourself to your whole life.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in for yoga and fitness sessions, and bring your mat if you plan to participate in the morning yoga practice. Please note that walking meditation sessions will be outside, so bring warm clothing that is suitable for the weather. You can warm up with a tea or coffee when you return.

There will be hot beverages and a water cooler, so bring your reusable drink containers. Don't forget business cards for networking and something to take notes, so that you can capture all of your new connections and learning.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

All meals and snacks will include gluten free and vegan options.

This is a zero waste event with compost and recycling collection provided by BluPlanet Recycling.

In partnership with Universal Access, REAP has performed a basic evaluation of Bridgeland Riverside Community Association to ensure the venue can accommodate all guests and their basic needs. All of the food and informational sessions will take place on the main floor in rooms A-D. Physical activities with LIV yoga + wellness and Mobifit will be upstairs in the studio (wheelchair accessible by going outside to the north entrance). We appreciate feedback or questions that help us ensure that all guests feel comfortable and welcome.
