Journey Mind and Body is a personal Health Coaching service created by Sandy Forbes. Sandy is a wife and mom of four who struggled with health for many years until she met her coach who helped change her life. Sandy learned that health is within reach regardless of your situation. Inspired by her new found passion, Sandy became a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist and Functional Movement Specialist. Sandy wanted to share her "Journey" with others who may be experiencing the same struggles and frustration with the wealth of misinformation and confusion around wellness.
Journey Mind and Body is passionate about helping women who are wanting to improve their health and wellness from the comfort of their own home, on their own time. Designed for women who may not know where or how to start, are new to exercise, or may be uncomfortable in a gym or group class. The approach is to start out slow with a custom movement and mobility plan designed for the client, followed by strength and conditioning. Nutritional support and guidance is also provided. A minimum 12 week program. Journey uses live online video, to discuss what really matters to you, to set goals, overcome barriers, and make a plan with accountability, that will get you strong and healthy, one step at a time. Live weekly video check-ins for support, accountability, and demonstrations. By working with Coach Sandy, you achieve your health vision, with skills to maintain a lifetime of wellness.
