Farm Dinner Series: Winter's Turkeys

Eau Claire Distillery’s Farm-to-Glass philosophy extends to a locally inspired dinner series featuring producers and farmers from Alberta and surrounding provinces. The dinners run every Thursday and Friday night, beginning June 6. Enjoy a locally sourced three course family style meal prepared by Chef Judy Wood while enjoying one of Eau Claire Distillery’s craft cocktails.

Winter's Turkeys is a family-run business, four generations in the making. The family raises turkeys humanely in Dalemead. Turkeys at Winter's Turkeys are provided a whole grain diet that is supplemented with organic greens and forage, leading to their well-known excellent finish and naturally self-basting turkey.

Eau Claire Distillery's three-course meal will be prepared by Chef Judy Wood of Meez Cuisine who was Global Calgary's Saturday Morning Chef for 13 years, founder of Savoury Cafe and Catering, and, above all, a highly respected chef in Calgary.
