"Take the Reins of Responsibility"

Start your day with a new perspective on Leadership learning. Leadership is not a title and it isn’t about what you know. It is about how you behave.

In this month's Sustainability for Breakfast, Nancy Lowery, of The Natural Leader and ATB Financial will be engaging guests with an interactive presentation. She will be sharing how stepping into the arena and learning with horses can introduce profound change in your leadership behavior. Where we may see things in black and white, right or wrong, what I said and what you heard —horses always interpret things in shades of gray.

Experiencing the impact, the subtlety of a behavior leaves a powerful, personal and lasting impression. A horse will mirror what you present and how you behave, one that allows you to see how others see you. The learning is as different as each individual.

At the end of the presentation you will:

• have a better awareness of the impact of personal presence
• understand the difference between responding and reacting in a leadership situation
• be truly curious as to how others might see you
