Parallel Property Solutions built on authentic connection

Property manager puts relationships first

With over 20 years of experience in property management, from owning rental properties to working for a management company, Steve Bleile felt the industry was missing a level of down-to-earthness. In spring 2019, he founded Parallel Property Solutions.

“I chose the name Parallel because it literally means to run alongside something, and that’s what I’m doing with my clients and tenants. Right there with them.”

Steve firmly believes in the power of human relationships. “I live for other people,” he says. Parallel’s network of cleaners, plumbers, and electricians are all based locally and share that same belief. Including Hope Cleaning, a fellow REAP business giving meaningful work to women in need, which Steve also co-founded.

“I try to be very integrous,” he says. “Integrity has two meanings, personal in the sense that if I have integrity I’m not dishonest, and structural integrity in that you’d trust a bridge to be safe to drive on without falling apart. For me to be transparent and integrous is to be connected, for people to trust me to bear their load and help them get to where they need to be.”

Parallel Property Solutions takes a unique approach to helping the environment with its operations. To help reduce carbon emissions from driving to multiple showings a day, Steve meticulously films each property and includes it in the listing, alongside the floor plans, to also increase transparency. Steve has also recently added recycling bins to each property specifically for unwanted flyers, which he was inspired to do after finding several flyer bundles in nearby garbage bins.

“I want to be the kind of property manager that I wish my wife and I, or our friends, could trust.”
